How this works — and why it doesn't invent problems.
  1. We read each chapter and pull out concrete facts, each one anchored to a real quote from your text. Anything we can't quote is thrown away.
  2. We group those facts by character and detail. Two different values for the same detail is a candidate — found by plain arithmetic, not by an AI being asked to "find problems".
  3. Only then do we judge each candidate: is this an error, or did your character simply age, heal, or cut their hair? When in doubt, we stay quiet.
